Before you decide to commit coaching, we offer a free sample session to see if you are a good fit. In this session, we will find out more about you and what you would like to achieve. We will also tell you more about our coaching approach. If you decide to continue working together after this session, we will schedule 60-minute coaching sessions every 2 weeks for a minimum of 4 months (8 sessions).

Do you have a group of like-minded individuals that you want to get together regularly to share ideas and coach each other? If so, we can facilitate your group meetings to help you achieve your desired outcome. If you don’t have such a group yet and would like to join one, we can help you put in touch with other like-minded individuals and facilitate group coaching sessions.


Some areas that we can help you with:

  • Organize and facilitate group coaching sessions with pre-agreed topics to achieve the desired outcome

  • Help you find a suitable group based on your goals and the fit in the group

  • Teach basic coaching skills to enable group members to coach each other with facilitation of the coach 



Would you like your team to achieve higher team performance? Would you like each of your team members to reach their maximum potential? If so, we can work with you to create a team development and coaching program that can take your team from where you are now to where you want to be. The program could be a combination of:

  • Assessment of team dynamics and individual characteristics using instruments such as Strengths Finder, DISC, MBTI

  • Training and development sessions in identified areas

  • Group coaching with all members of the team

  • 1-on-1 coaching with individual members in the team
