1-ON-1 COACHING

Before you decide to commit coaching, we offer a free sample session to see if you are a good fit. In this session, we will find out more about you and what you would like to achieve. We will also tell you more about our coaching approach. If you decide to continue working together after this session, we will schedule 60-minute weekly coaching sessions for a minimum of 4 months (16 sessions).

Kristina can help you facilitate your important team meetings so you can focus on being a participants, give everyone an opportunity to bring out their best ideas, and make sure you walk away with all your desired outcomes. 

Kristina will incorporate proven facilitation and team building techniques to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, improved understanding and cohesion among team members, and optimal achievement of key deliverables.
